Elizabeth Wilks drives program development and oversees daily operations with excellence. With expertise in compliance training and a certification in Mental Health First Aid, Elisabeth ensures YOPAT maintains high regulatory standards while fostering a supportive workplace. Her dedication to staff support and organizational growth makes her a key leader in advancing YOPAT’s mission.
Elizabeth Wilks has served as the COO for YOPAT for over a decade, where she has been instrumental in creating and managing various community projects. She develops and conducts workshops and provides apprenticeship opportunities to young adults, fostering their personal and professional growth. Notably, Elizabeth initiated YOPAT's first "Dress to Success" program, collaborating with local resource centers to support individuals in their career development.
Elizabeth is dedicated to providing a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community, facilitating programs and events that cater to their needs and promote inclusivity. Her passion for community development is evident in her work across multiple sectors, including business, health awareness, and environmental sustainability. Elizabeth's drive and commitment to fostering development in all forms have made her a pivotal figure in the community
